Duran Duran's Top 10 of '08
The first month of 2009 has passed – and it’s been a busy one! America has a new president. A heroic pilot coasted 155 people to a perfect landing on the Hudson River just a few blocks away from DuranDuranMusic.com headquarters in New York City. We sent 25 Fan Community members to a private Duran Duran show in London. And now, Duran Duran is heading back to the studio to write and record new material. All in all, there are some good things happening in the Duran Duran world.
So as we forge into another year, we wanted to share with you DuranDuranMusic.com’s 10 favorite exclusive content pieces from 2008!
So, in no particular order (how can you pick a favorite, really?) we present to you:
DDM’S TOP 10 OF ’08:
* Contest: ‘Signed with a Home Tattoo’. You love the band, but some have made the most permanent of commitments to DD. The fan favorite got a framed, signed, numbered Nick Rhodes original photograph! Check out the winning tattoo!

* Audio: Our newest and most popular exclusive feature - Katy Kafe! This one is Katy on the road to Foxwoods w Roger and Nick.
* Contest: I Met the Band! Members submitted pictures of themselves with Duran Duran. The winning photo was jennanntaylor and the band during a 2004 San Francisco radio meet and greet! Her prize for winning the Photo Contest was an original, autographed Paul Edmonds photograph of Duran Duran in their early days. The band, management and members of the Fan Community chose the winner. See the photo!
* Video: Simon Turns 50 and John, Nick and Roger give him a collection of 50 records, one from each year he has been alive. A rare, private behind the scenes moment! Check out the video!
